Chanco Beauty Affiliate Program Agreement

Registration & Deposits

In-Person Courses:

• All of our hands-on courses include a required online component that must be completed prior to booking your hands-on. You can choose the city where you’d like to complete your in-person training.

• For in-person courses, a deposit is required upon registration to reserve your place in class, enroll you into the online training components, and prepare or ship applicable kits and supplies.

• The remaining balance for in-person courses must be paid no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled course date to finalize enrollment and confirm any model bookings.

Online Courses:

• For online courses, full payment is required upon registration to gain access to the online training portal and any applicable kits or supplies.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All course deposits and payments are non-refundable once paid.

In-person Courses:

• In-person course deposits and fees may be transferred to another available course date or assigned to another individual within twelve (12) months of the original registration date, provided written notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled course date.

• Any unused funds after twelve (12) months will be forfeited.

Online Courses:

• Online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the immediate access provided to digital training materials and resources.

Course Enrollment

• Your place in class is not secured until the required deposit/payment and signed Training Contract have been received.

• Enrollment is processed on a first come, first served basis.

Travel & Accommodations

• Students are responsible for confirming course dates in writing prior to booking flights, hotels, or arranging time away from work.

• The academy is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to scheduling misunderstandings, changes, or cancellations.

Attendance & Punctuality

• Students are responsible for attending all scheduled training sessions and arriving on time.

• Missed class time, tardiness, or incomplete training is the responsibility of the student and may affect course completion.
