Return and exchange requests are allowed on un-opened items within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Micro-Pigments are equipped with a tamper proof safety seal and cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken/ opened.

If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for either a store credit or exchange. Returns and exchanges are solely the responsibility of the customer and therefore the customer will be responsible and liable for any shipping charges that may occur in returning the product to the Chanco Beauty/Micro-pigmentation Centre.
