Once your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship the same day if ordered between Monday-Friday before 11:30am EST. If ordered after 11:30am EST on a business day, you can expect it to ship the next day. If ordered on the weekend, it will ship the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please remember that inclement weather and/or unexpected shipping provider delays could further delay your delivery.
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping provider referenced in your shipping confirmation. Additionally, if the shipping provider is unable to recover your package, please reach out to the shipping provider's Customer Service to start a claim. Chanco Beauty / Micro-Pigmentation Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information or negligence or misconduct by the shipping provider. Replacement of lost or damaged items is at the sole discretion of Chanco Beauty / Micro-Pigmentation Centre.
You can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. Please note: we are unable to ship to PO boxes so please be sure to provide a full shipping address.
